Sending Your Parcel
Your parcel is sent to us at your sole risk until it is received and signed for at an Australia Post outlet. Responsibility transfers to us only once the parcel is officially received and signed for, as confirmed by the Australia Post registered tracking service. In the event of loss using our supplied registered packaging and reply-paid envelope, your parcel is insured by us up to a maximum value of $500. A parcel is considered lost if not recovered within eight (8) weeks of the original lodgement date, and any reimbursement will be issued at the conclusion of this period. If your parcel is valued above $500, you are solely responsible for arranging additional insurance. To qualify for our insurance coverage, you must submit your parcel in our supplied, fully sealed reply-paid envelope and lodge it over the counter at an Australia Post outlet. No reimbursement will be made above the $500 limit. If you choose to use your own packaging or alternative delivery service, you do so entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for any claims related to loss, theft, or damage.
