Receiving Your Payment

Payments are processed within 24 hours of you accepting your valuation and offer. We make payments via direct bank transfer or PAYID, whichever you’ve nominated.

If you accept your offer on a weekend or public holiday, your payment will be made on the next business day.

You’ll be notified via email and in your Gold Selling Dashboard with a remittance advice once your payment has been made.

    ✔️ Double-check that your details are correct and up to date to avoid delays.
